Some of the best keyboard shortcuts
If you use keyboard shortcuts, below are our favourites - well worth learning even if you don't normally use them!
Use Ctrl-alt-1 to Ctrl-alt-6 (on the numpad) for quick heading sizes.
Ctrl-B for Bold; Ctrl-K to insert a link; Ctrl-F to use the Find function; Ctrl-P to Print; and Ctrl-Enter to add a page break.
Ctrl-shift-V will remove any formatting from a paste - a handy tip when pasting text into an email or Google Doc.
When working with a bulleted list in a Google Doc, use Shift-enter to get a new line without a bullet.
When working in a Google Spreadsheet, use Ctrl-enter to add a new line in spreadsheet cells.
..and of course Ctrl-/ will bring up a list of all the other keyboard shortcuts!
